DOUGHNUT CUPCAKES

MAKES 6

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
1-1/2 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons honey
1/4 cup butter, melted

DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet, or donut baking pan.
2.In a medium bowl, mix sugar, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and flour. Mix buttermilk, eggs, honey and butter in a separate medium bowl, and stir into the dry ingredients. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared pan in doughnut shapes.
3.Bake 11 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.

4, Let Cool, add vanilla or chocolate frosting, if desire
